10/31/17: Halloween Traditions
The year has gone by so fast, that it is now Halloween. Everyone has their own Halloween traditions. My family has some very different. When I was little I lived in Missouri. There, Halloween was big. Houses were very detailed in decorations that could win first place in any competition. Also, I lived by a museum that turned into a haunted house on Halloween. I would go trick or treating there. But then, people grow older and don't get to do things they go to do when they were younger 😥. We moved to Kansas I turned 11 and wasn't able to go trick or treating anymore, but my little brother who is still young gets to. But at least I started my own tradition of watching a movie and eating candy. Also, today marks the first day of Day of the Dead in Latin America. It goes from October 31 to November 2. It's a special interesting holiday. A good movie that I recommend to watch would be The Book of Life.
